Building Facade Mini-Grant Application

The Design Committee of Jefferson Matters: Main Street is offering this Mini-grant for Main Street District buildings to improve their facades.  The application must be made prior to the project beginning and with the plans and design approved by the Design Committee who recommends it to be funded by the Board of Directors.  After the project is completed, receipts for materials are required with before and after pictures and a check will be presented.  Be sure to read and understand what this mini-grant can be used for.  Labor costs are not eligible.  At this time, those buildings involved in the CDBG Downtown Revitalization project would not be eligible.  Rotary Club of Jefferson is co-sponsoring this grant program!
