Business Inventory for Main Street Businesses

A project of our Business Improvement Committee is to collect information on every business in the Main Street District.  We ask that each business complete this form to the best of their knowledge and return it by mail or email to the Main Street office at P.O. Box 13 or director@jeffersonmatters.org   The goal is to complete this by March 1.  If we haven’t received this, volunteers will plan to visit each business to help gather the information.  Thank you for your help!
