A project of our Economic Vitality Team is to collect information on every business in the Main Street District. We use this information in supporting our businesses with their needs, but also for statistics used for National Main Street Accreditation, recruitment information for new businesses, expansion and succession planning.
We ask that each business complete this form to the best of their knowledge and return it by mail or email to the Jefferson Matters: a Main Street & Chamber Community office at 201 E Lincoln Way or firstname.lastname@example.org. Volunteers will plan to visit each business to help gather the information, but if you already have it ready, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help!
