Goal: To establish a strong Main Street organization that utilizes a growing number of participants in the implementation and funding of the program.

- Conduct annual Investment Drive.
- Annual volunteer recognition event with awards each February.
- Bell Tower Festival involvement – Info booth & Reunion Rendezvous event in 2019
- Family Feud~Jefferson Edition fundraiser event
- Greene County High School graduation cards
- Communication – electronic newsletter, website updates, director news column & radio interviews
- Volunteer recruitment
- Coordinated sale of interior decor of Pizza Ranch in 2017
- Courthouse lawn garage sale in 2015
